On Thursday, March 8, 2018, the Maritime and Transport Law Laboratory,
headed by Professor Ben Amar Mohamed, hosted a study day entitled: International Sale and Transport:
A Subordinate Relationship with Two Independent Contracts.
This scientific forum saw the participation of a group of specialized professors from
the University of Tlemcen and other Algerian universities.
